Job Description

Market Research & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas within the technology industry.
  • Identify and approach new markets or potential customers for the company’s technology solutions.
  • Utilize various channels and methods to create opportunities and expand the business customer base.

Customer Consultation & Sales:

  • Provide expert advice to customers, offering solutions that align with their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of the company’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady stream of potential customers and deals.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms that are beneficial for both parties.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication, address issues, and provide ongoing support to customers.
  • Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and analyses to the leadership team, highlighting key performance metrics and important insights.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Interest or experience in Business Development, Sales (B2B), or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt or experience working in a technology company environment is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable conclusions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workplace, and CRM software (such as Trello, Jira, Monday, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Location: Hanoi

Working hour: Monday – Friday (from 09:00 to 18:30)

Salary range: 7.000.000 VND – 12.000.000 VND

Job Descriptions

  • Actively participate in the design process of real-world projects under the guidance of the Product Manager.
  • Gather, identify, and refine product requirements based on customer needs.
  • Develop user flow diagrams and wireframes for the product.
  • Analyze user requirements, design specifications, and monitor product development progress.
  • Act as a bridge between different development teams to ensure that the product meets the requirements, is of high quality, and is delivered on time.
  • Research and propose creative ideas and solutions to suggest new products and improve client products.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduated from a relevant university program.
  • Dynamic, meticulous, eager to learn, and highly responsible.
  • Strong discipline and good time management skills.
  • Proficient in English, including both speaking and writing skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Interested in and knowledgeable about UI/UX design principles.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preference for candidates with basic graphic design skills and experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge of Digital Marketing, Software, or Game/Gamification.

Location: Hanoi
